From what I have researched, the browser based PDF form will only work on Chrome browser because only Chrome have support for it. The other browsers doesn't have the same x-based plugin that Chrome browser have that allows it to write on a writable pdf document. To be able to use it on other browser, it needs to be downloaded first and then the in based app i. I then uploaded it via a PDF embedder plugin and published it to my Wordpress. This is likely due to the size of the form.
